Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to welcome our students for the first day of school! This is a friendly reminder that school begins on August 3, 2026.
Please make sure your child:
Arrives on time.
Wears appropriate school attire in accordance with the school's dress code.
Gets a good night's rest and eats a healthy breakfast.
Reminder: MVHS office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have not completed your returning or new student enrollment packet, please stop by the office before the school year begins. Completing enrollment in advance will help ensure a smooth start to the school year.
We look forward to a wonderful start to the new school year and can't wait to see everyone! Thank you for your support in helping make the first day a success.

Canyonlands Healthcare–Chilchinbeto Clinic is offering Sports Physicals and is open to all patients, including non-Native American students.
Requirements:
• Parent or legal guardian must be present.
• Immunization records must be provided.
• AIA Sports Physical forms must be completed prior to the appointment.
Cost:
• No fee for AHCCCS patients.
• Commercial/Private Insurance: Co-pay may apply.
• $50 fee may be due at the time of service depending on insurance.
Appointments:
• Walk-ins are welcome.

The 2025 MVHS Homecoming Parade has been rescheduled for Friday, October 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM. All previous routes and schedules will remain the same. US 163 will close at 12:30 PM for traffic detours. Parade floats will line up on the road behind the Shopping Center near the Post Office, entering from the Sonic side.
